Show 130 was recorded among the commotion of the first Muncie Music Fest. Our venue called the Good Beer Showcase featured five kick-ass bands. The band, “Gabe Vitek and the Ivory” joined us at the table for the fastest GBS every recorded. They came from Nashville and gave a stellar performance. Thanks.
The beer that we sampled both came from Rick Sellers. He produces a beer podcast called “Pacific Brew News“. Check him out. The beer was “Racer 5” from Bear Republic Brewery and “Kill Ugly Radio” from Lagunitas. Both are from California.

Hey, guys, glad you liked the Racer 5. I finished off my last bottle on Sunday while tailgating - and now I’m ready to move on to my dark beers. Bear Republic also makes a Big Bear Black Stout that is just as good a stout as Racer 5 is an IPA.
