The GBS had the extreme pleasure of spotlighting Surly Brewery Company on show 114. This Minnesota brewery is making quite a splash on ratebeer with their canned beers. We sampled “Bender” which is a brown ale and “Furious” which is a 100 IBU IPA. Thank you Mr. Omar Ansari for the treat. If any listeners are traveling through Minnesota be sure to sniff out and try this brewery!
We also sampled “Spring Heat Spiced Wheat” from Big Brother, with mixed results. Beloved Vicki loved it!
The members of “Hollis Mason“, masters of procrastination rock, were present at the big cozy booth at the Fickle Peach. They are always welcome on the show no matter what they call themselves.
